Hello everyone! I would like to ask if it is practical to use in row cooling in Jamaica? We have between 5-10kW load (5kilo watts as of today), and like in row cooling and also have little space for a large server cooling unit.

5 kW per rack is a low heat density for in row cooling. Perhaps something a little smaller? And I don't think the country you live in would make any difference if it is OK or not.
